Valkyrie Elysium Endings: How To Unlock All 4 Endings

Learn All the Requirements Needed To Unlock All Endings

Valkyrie Elysium Endings

Several different endings are available to players in Valkyrie Elysium, continuing the trend set by previous Valkyrie Profile games. Once you beat Valkyrie Elysium, there is no option to start over and play the game again.

The Fate of the World, the novel’s concluding chapter, contains all of the various requirements. There are four possible outcomes for this last chapter, all of which depend on the choices players make.

Note: there are spoilers ahead after reading this guide. Read at your own discretion.

There are a total of 4 endings found in Valkyrie Elysium. Each of them has different scenes and requirements needed to unlock them. To unlock them, it will require defeating bosses, the Verdant Blossoms, and Meeting Up with Armand in Chapter 9. The endings for Valkryie Elysium and their requirements are the following:

Good Ending Valkyrie Elysium Endings
Maria Confronting Odin

Valkyrie Elysium Good Ending

  • Do Not Collect All Verdant Blossoms
  • Visit Armand before the Final Battle
  • Choose The Option of Accepting that you are a Valkyrie and Have To Refuse Armand’s Offer To Run Away

In this ending, it is very straightforward as it is one of the easiest ones to get. The game will show Maria choosing to rebel against the All-Father, Odin at the end of Chapter 9 and it will trigger a boss battle against Hilde and Fenrir, and afterward, players must face Odin.

Bad Ending Valkyrie Elysium Endings
Maria and Armand Running Away

Valkyrie Elysium Bad Ending

  • Do Not Collect All Verdant Blossoms
  • Visit Armand before the Final Battle
  • Choose The Option To Be Human And Run Away With Armand

This ending would be considered the bad ending where Maria chooses to run away from her duties with Armand without fighting the final boss of the game.

Normal Ending Valkyrie Elysium Endings
Defeating Fenrir

Valkyrie Elysium Normal Ending

  • Do Not Collect All Verdant Blossoms
  • Do No Visit Armand Before The Final Battle
  • Do Not View Optional Armand Scene

This is yet another ending that is simple to achieve. Simply put, you should not go to any additional effort in order to gather the final Verdant Blossom in the game’s final chapter. Also, you should not go and have a conversation with Armand. Follow the signs and proceed directly to the location.

Reaching this conclusion only requires defeating only Fenrir at the end of Chapter 9. The requirements for this ending are simple and easy.

True Ending Valkyrie Elysium Endings
Maria and Armand Reunited Once More

Valkyrie Elysium True Ending

  • Collect All Verdant Blossoms including The Last Verdant Blossom found in Chapter 9
  • Visit Armand before the Final Battle
  • Choose The Option of Accepting that you are a Valkyrie and Have To Refuse Armand’s Offer To Run Away
  • Team up with Hilde and Fenrir to Defeat Odin
  • Defeat Ragnarok Odin

The True Ending of Valkyrie Elysium is really long and tedious to unlock. In this ending, players will face off against Fenrir and Odin and later on, Odin will begin to transform himself into his most devastating form known as Ragnarok Odin. Defeat Ragnarok Odin and the final ending route will unlock showing Hilde and your companions congratulating you on your victory. Plus, a romantic love scene where Maria and Armand will reunite and the credits will start rolling.
