There are three challenges in the Wrestle with Wesell mission which have their own conditions:

Jedi Need Insurance: Cause over 70,000 studs in damages.
Best Pilot in the Galaxy: Defeat Zam Wesell without hitting any buildings.
This is a shortcut: Complete the chase and defeat Zam Wesell within 4 minutes.

Completing all challenges will reward you with a Kyber Brick.

Jedi Need Insurance Challenge

To complete the Jedi Need Insurance Challenge, simply destroy all of the sign boards, antennas, and holograms throughout the course of the level to gather studs. Using bonus multipliers will help you reach the goal quickly, but the level has enough breakable stuff to get studs from without the need for a multiplier.

Keep an eye out on other breakables such as crates being transported by forklifts or minikit ad signages and holograms as breaking these can reward you with minikits.

Best Pilot in the Galaxy Challenge

The definition of the Best Pilot in the Galaxy Challenge is a bit vague, but you just need to make sure that your ship does not hit or crash into buildings; you can definitely shoot at them since some of the breakables are attached to the sides of the building. Also, avoid hitting any vehicles as well as the game seem to count them as buildings, too.

You can do a barrel roll by tapping on L1 and R1 while pointing your Left Analog Stick to the direction you want to roll in case you need to evade oncoming traffic or a shot from Zam.

This is A Shortcut Challenge

The This is A Shortcut Challenge is straightforward enough. Just keep on shooting at Zam Wesell’s ship to take it down. It helps if aim assist is enabled within Menu > Accessibility as you will be able to land most of your hits in a short span of time.
