How to Flip the Right Switches in Gold and Sharke in Payday 3

The Gold and Sharke heist in Payday 3 promises a big haul to anyone who can disable the security system in the vault. To do this, you need to flip the right switches in order to disable the lasers and turn off the power to the vault’s security. The problem is that the game doesn’t really tell you exactly which switch is the right one.

In this guide, I’ll teach you how to flip the right switches easily during the Payday 3 Gold and Sharke heist.

How to Flip the Correct Switches in Gold and Sharke

There’s the control box screen next to the side of the vault, which displays the correct color and symbol of the switches you need to flip. All you have to do is flip all four of the switches on the four electrical boxes of the same color and symbol on the display. The color and symbol will change each time you flip a switch.

You’ll need to find the right switches after you hack the code to get inside the Gold & Sharke vault. Be careful, because you’re only allowed to make one mistake. If you flip two switches wrong, the alarm will go off, and you’ll be fighting the incoming wave of enemies trying to stop you. Always go back to the control box to the side of the vault to see what switch you need to flip next.

There should be five electrical boxes around the Gold and Sharke bank. On lower difficulties, you’ll find the electrical boxes with the switches you need to flip inside the vault room. On higher difficulties, only one electrical box will be in the vault room, with the rest found in the hallways outside.

After flipping all the right switches on the four electrical boxes, the lasers will be disabled. From here, you’re free to keep going and get the money from the vault. That’s how to flip the right switches and disable the lasers during Payday 3 Gold and Sharke Heist.
