Need for Speed Unbound Best Starter Car

Choosing the best starter car in Need for Speed Unbound can be challenging for some since each one has its own set of strengths and weaknesses relative to several elements of racing. Despite the obvious simplicity of the decision at first glance, players may end up favoring a different option after giving it some serious thought.

As such, if you’re wondering which is the best starting car in Need for Speed Unbound, this guide will provide you with a reasonable outlook, so read on.

What’s the Best Starter Car In Need for Speed Unbound?

Need for Speed Unbound let’s you choose 3 starter cars, which are as follows:

    • 1969 Dodge Charger
    • 1988 Lamborghini Countach 25th
    • 1998 Nissan Silvia K’s

Each of these cars has some features that set it apart from the others, but after testing every one out, the best starter car would be the 1988 Lamborghini Countach 25th. If you’re the type who likes to drive on the track, this is ideal for your first week on the road.

While it may only have 20% drift and road traction, this car makes up for this shortcoming with a lightning-fast 0-60 mph time of under 4 seconds and a respectable top speed of 193 mph.

If you’re looking for a car that strikes a good middle ground, consider the Nissan Silvia K’s. They have the same drift and off-road capabilities as the Dodge Charger, but they also have a  0-60 mph acceleration (4.3 seconds) and the fastest top speed (195 mph).

As such, there’s also the matter of the player’s own preferences. There is no “wrong” way to play NFS Unbound; any of the starter cars might eventually be the best, and players have complete leeway in deciding how they want to tackle the game’s many challenges.
