There are 9 Phasmophobia Halloween 2023 recipe ingredients scattered throughout the Maple Lodge Campsite and finding them all, and cooking them in the cauldron by the campfire earns you a shiny new trophy. To locate these ingredients, you’ll need to gather recipe notes from pumpkins that provide hints on their whereabouts. These notes can be collected during your playthrough across various maps within the game. However, you don’t really have to look for those anymore because in this guide I have already compiled where to find them all.

All Phasmophobia Halloween 2023 Ingredient Locations
Tips: Since you can only carry three things at a time, you cannot carry all these ingredients in one go, you can deposit the ones you’ve already found in the cauldron by the campfire. Remember the ghost can still hunt while you are looking for these ingredients, if you don’t want to deal with that, you can always choose to enable friendly ghost mode before you start.
1: Toe of Frog
You can find the Toe of Frog directly in the building in front of you after entering the gate. Past the reception desk, grab the Plushie on the top of the computer.
2: Jar of Mind
The Jar of Mind can be found in the building right in front of the entrance gate. It’s to your left on the table next to the brochure stand.
3: Death’s Rot x3
The Death’s Rot ingredients are three rotten apples just underneath a pumpkin in a wooden box. After entering the gate, go right and you’ll see some blue coverings on the ground. Just past the door is the wooden box with the pumpkin and a bunch of apples scattered on the ground.
4: Bowl of Grins
You can find the Bowl of Grins inside the cabin near the lake to the far northeast of the map. Grab the keys from underneath the carpet to unlock the door and get inside. This ingredient is just on the kitchen counter; the one filled with slop.
5: Love’s Blossom
Love’s Blossom is a flower resting on the hand of one of the skeletons next to the lake at the northeast side of the map. You can find it just behind the big cabin where the Bowl of Grins was.
6: Screaming Skull
The Screaming Skull can be found at the north side of the map next to the red tent. Contrary to its name it isn’t actually screaming but the mouth is open so it does fit. This ingredient is on top of the wooden tree stump next to the guitar.
7: Eyes of the Bear x2
Past the campfire cauldron, there is a public restroom where you’ll find the Eyes of the Bear on the sink furthest to the right.
8: Sack of Beans x3
The Sack of Beans can be found near the campfire cauldron itself to the left of the entrance gate. It’s on the table inside one of the tents. I didn’t understand what I was looking for at first but it turns out the game meant the bean bags; the same ones you throw into cornholes in the lobby. You need three of these to throw into the cauldron.
9: Light in the Dark
You should save the Light in the Dark for last. It’s not something you find in the campground but it’s actually your flashlight.
What to do after collecting all Phasmophobia Halloween 2023 Ingredients?
After you’ve gathered all the ingredients above, simply put them into the cauldron at the campfire left of the entrance gate. You’ll know you’ve completed everything once the skies turn red, spirits emerge from the cauldron, and a giant skull is literally looking down on you.
How to Fix if Nothing Happens After Putting the Ingredients?
Only put in the ingredients when there’s green goo on the cauldron at the campsite, otherwise nothing will happen. Make sure you don’t throw in any extra ingredients like putting in more than three bean bags and only put the ones the recipe says, otherwise the goo will go away and you’ll have to start again. If you’ve already placed the ingredients in the cauldron without the goo, you’ll have to start over. At least you know where to find them now this time making a speed run rather easy.
Phasmophobia Halloween 2023 Rewards
After you have collected all the ingredients, you’ll earn the Halloween ’23 trophy which will be in the lobby waiting for you. Just exit Maple Lodge via the van, you don’t actually need to identify the ghost or complete the side objectives to complete this event.
