Cyberpunk 2077 Heaviest of Hearts is a new gig you can complete in the Phantom Liberty DLC. The client, Michael Maldonado, wants to get out of testifying against his own son, Eric, which may land him in jail, so your job is to deal with the District Attorney of Dogtown to have that testimony wiped from the record. Things aren’t what they appear, though, as the choices you make affect the outcome in different ways.
To help you out, I’ve detailed a full walkthrough that shows you the best (stealthy) method to complete the Heaviest of Hearts gig in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, including the important choices affecting the Maldonado family.

Heaviest of Hearts Walkthrough
The Heaviest of Hearts Gig is unlocked after completing the 10th main quest called “Firestarter” for the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC. Once you’re done, start the gig by going to the green icon near the Golden Pacific Fast Travel Point in Pacifica, Dogtown.
When you arrive at the gig’s location, answer the call from Mr. Hands, and he’ll brief you on a job regarding the client, Michael Maldonado. Go near the arcade and talk to Michael once he shows up on the doorfront. Follow him inside the building, and he’ll fill you in on D.A. Georgina Zembinsky and the testimony he’s trying to have deleted.
Tips: The Heaviest of Hearts gig will include optional objectives that give out bonus rewards upon completion. To accomplish this, players will need to progress through the mission on a stealth route moving forward.
Following the conversation, head to the Heavy Hearts Club. Once you arrive, go inside and talk to the bartender, Helen, at the counter, and choose the following dialogue option:
- Lookin’ for Georgina Zembinsky.
Helen will direct you a man named Jack who can be found in the restroom. To get there, make your way to the right from the bar, go up a small set of stairs, and turn left.
Upon arriving, go inside the first restroom door to your left and strike up a conversation with Jack using the following dialogue options:
- Looking for someone.
- (Pay 550 Eddies) Better be worth it.
Next, access the club’s VIP section, located off to the left side of the bar. You can watch as a man named Markus is kicked out of the VIP area (talking to him is optional). The door will unlock as the guard heads up, allowing you to sneak in and head upstairs.
As soon as you reach the upstairs VIP area, the corridor will be swarming with enemies and surveillance cameras, making it likely that you will fail your optional objective. To proceed in stealth, use a silenced gun and headshot the enemies as you sneak by them, turning off the cameras along the way with quickhacks.
Continue straight ahead to reach VIP Room 4, which can be found at the end of the first corridor on the left. If you didn’t sound the club’s alarm, you can ask the NPCs where Georgina is and they’ll tell you she’s in VIP Room 6. But if you sounded the alarm, those people aren’t going to be in room 4.
Georgina Zembinsky can be found in VIP Room 6. You can enter this room via the main corridor if you have 20 technical ability. If not, you’ll have to enter the staff room to the left or the maintenance corridor to your right and break into the fuse box on the far right wall where an enemy is standing guard.
After entering VIP room 6 at either entrance, look for a pink suitcase on the floor to find the Crimestopper Iconic Smart Pistol. Then, head into the next area to find Georgina, accompanied by a man named Hank.
From here, talk to Georgina and convince her to delete Michael’s testimony. There are no right or wrong choices; you can complete the gig without consequences, regardless of the choices you make. She can either make the evidence anonymous or delete it, depending on what you like.
Afterwards, exit the Heavy Hearts club and report back to Michael with the gig’s outcome. He will pay you two thousand Eddies for your labor and complete the Heaviest of Hearts gig in Cyberpunk 2077.
Lastly, Mr. Hands will get in touch with you to finalize the contract, at which point you’ll receive another 4,000 Eddies and extra 2,000 for successfully completing the optional alarm objective.
All Heaviest of Hearts Gig Endings
Very much like Roads to Redemption, the gig’s climax pretty much builds up on conversations, and it all leads to various choices and outcomes. As you talk to Georgina, she proposes a compromise to keep Michael out of Eric’s wrath by submitting the testimony from an anonymous source. If you don’t want the story to be one-sided, you can either accept the deal or insist that she delete the testimony.
Ending 1: Accept the Deal
Choosing “Fine. We Have a Deal” from the dialogue will wrap up V and Georgina’s meeting and will just scrub off Michael’s name and data from the testimony. Once you return to Michael, he won’t be pleased and will attempt to not pay the labor. At the end, Mr. Hands will call you, saying that what you did was simply an act of utmost importance in his book.
Ending 2: Delete the Testimony
Choosing to “Delete the testimony” leads to the “Be smart about this, Hank” dialogue, which demands 20 tactical ability. Assuming you meet the prerequisites, selecting this choice will cause Hank to back down from attacking V after being intimidated.
At the end of the mission, Michael will be pleased, and Mr. Hands will praise you once you answer his call.
Ending 3: Kill Hank and Delete the Testimony
If you don’t have the needed tactical ability or don’t pick the “Be smart about this, Hank” option, Hank will attack V. You’ll eventually need to kill him in the end, forcing Georgina to delete the testimony. After this, the events will proceed exactly the same as Ending 1.
