The Consumables in Ghostwire Tokyo are a curious bunch. They not only heal you but some of them even provide temporary buffs. The easiest way to stock up on your supplies is to buy from convenience stores. The friendly Nekomata will see to all your needs. You can also find food scattered throughout the city. Don’t worry about picking up random stuff, it’s not like there’s anyone there to call you out. You can also earn the Gourmand trophy or achievement by picking up every Ghostwire Tokyo consumables, food, and drink.
You will, however, want to be picky about some foods. Things cucumbers and Kibi Dango are used to summon certain yokai. I think it’d be best to have some in reserve.
The list below outlines all the consumable food and drinks locations in Ghostwire Tokyo.

- Matsumi Shrine
- Utagawa Shopping District Torii Gate
- Akitsu Shrine
Ghostwire Tokyo Where to Find Coffee Milk
Coffee milk can be found in bathhouses. They don’t heal for much, but collecting them goes towards the Gourmand trophy achievement progression.
And that’s about it when it comes to consumables in Ghostwire Tokyo. I hope this guide helped you out in some way. On a final note, be careful about the food that heals for a lot. Sure, the benefits are good but they take a little longer to consume than other smaller ones. And enemies do hit hard if you let up for even a second.
Ghostwire Tokyo How to Heal
You can press and hold Triangle button to use consumables to heal; while simply pressing the button will cycle through your equipped food, drink, and spectral food. You can change those at any time from the Inventory Menu.
In addition to restoring health, each food or drink you consume will grant a slight permanent boost to your max HP.
Different types of consumables take different amounts of time to eat or drink.
