The DioField Chronicle Chapter 2 is where things start to get more challenging. The recommended levels for battles here are between Level 10 to 20. You’ll also have to take care to upgrade your army and their skills to deal foes coming in waves.
You should be spending quite a bit of time upgrading class skills in the Institute, buying new weapons to gain access to their new skills, and equipping the right accessories for the job. There’s actually not that many battles compared to the previous chapter, but they’re also more difficult than before.

- Talk to Iscarion.
- Speak with the Researcher over at the Institute.
- You’ll unlock Weapon Development and Magilumic Orb Research features.

- Clear the Stop the Swarm battle. (Recommended Level: 12)
- Reward: 1,500 Guld.
Sub Quest: A Shield for the People
- Donovan joins your army upon completion.

- Get a Battle Mission from Lorraine.
