How to Farm Gold Quickly in Fire Emblem Engage

Gold is the major currency in Fire Emblem Engage and it is essential to make sure that units are armed up with the right gear and weapons. Knowing how to farm gold fast and early can definitely give players a good advantage and help make battles less challenging.

Read ahead as we share some tips on how to farm for gold in Fire Emblem Engage.

How to earn and farm Gold fast in Fire Emblem Engage

Gold is usually dropped by defeated rare enemies encountered in battles. These rare enemies are stronger versions of the regular ones, and though they do pose a greater challenge, it is still worth hunting them.

Rare enemies can be encountered when doing skirmishes on areas that you’ve already explored or unlocked. They can also be encountered when completing Emblem Paralogues.

To make your gold farming more efficient, consider donating gold to neighboring Kingdoms. Doing so will increase the spawn rate of enemies in their area, thus also increasing the encounter rate of rare enemies. This can be done by interacting with the Bulletin Board found in the Cafe Terrace in Somniel.

Gold can sometimes be rewarded in some battle areas where villager houses are present. If you manage to send an allied unit in front of the gate of a house and have them warn the villagers in it, the villagers will reward you with items or even with gold.

Uses for Gold in Fire Emblem Engage

The main use of gold is for purchasing weapons, clothes, accessories, and consumables at the shops. Gold is also needed whenever you require the Smithy’s services to upgrade weapons.

As mentioned earlier, Gold is also used to make donations to neighboring kingdoms to level them up and increase the enemy spawn rate.
