New Arc 3.0 Aspects and Fragments in Destiny 2

Arc 3.0 has been a massive overhaul on the Arc subclass, changing quite a lot of things such as the aspects and the fragments. The subclass has been refitted to encourage Guardians to continuously move and rack kills to keep being amplified.

In this guide, we will be going through all the Arc 3.0 Aspects as well as the Arc Fragments in Destiny 2.

All Destiny 2 Arc 3.0 Aspects

Each Arc subclass have three distinct Aspects that can be equipped. Only a maximum of two aspects can be equipped at a time.

    Striker – Titan Subclass

A bell that shakes with the remembrance of its final toll. It will sound again with the proper touch.
    • Touch of Thunder: Your Flashbang, Pulse, Lightning, and Storm Grenades have enhanced functionality.
      • Flashbang Grenade: Emits an additional blinding flash on bounce.
      • Pulse Grenade: Creates Ionic Traces periodically as it damages targets and increases in damage over time.
      • Lightning Grenade: Grants an additional grenade charge, and jolts targets hit by the initial blast.
      • Storm Grenade: After detonating, creates a roaming thundercloud that tracks nearby targets and fires bolts of lightning at foes beneath it.
A championship ring, dented and dirtied. They’ll try to stop you in your tracks. Get up close and personal.
    • Juggernaut: With full class ability energy and after sprinting for a short time, you gain a frontal shield that blocks incoming damage. When the frontal shield breaks, your class ability energy is depleted. While amplified, the shield blocks significantly more damage before breaking.
An orb of dancing plasma, you hold the power of raw lightning in your fist. One strike is all you need.
    • Knockout: Critically wounding a target or breaking their shield infuses your melee attacks with Arc energy and increases your melee range and damage for a short time. Defeating targets with melee attacks starts health regeneration and makes you amplified.

    Arcstrider – Hunter Subclass

A gleaming amulet with a mantra inscribed. You control your breathing, and the world slows to a crawl.
    • Flow State: Defeating a jolted target makes you amplified. While you are amplified, your dodge recharges more quickly, you are more resilient while dodging, and your reload speed is greatly increased.
The belt of a practiced master. Faster, faster, always faster. Unleash the tempest within.
    • Tempest Strike: While sliding, activate your charged melee ability to unleash a devastating uppercut attack that travels along the ground in front of you, damaging and jolting targets it hits.
A sliver of fulgurite carved by lightning. Strike precisely, and do not relent.
    • Lethal Current: After dodging, your next melee attack has increased lunge range, jolts the target, and creates a damaging aftershock. Damaging any jolted target with melee attacks also blinds them.

    Stormcaller – Warlock Subclass

An electric eel poised for attack. Electrons sing at your approach. Another familiar joins your ranks.
    • Arc Soul: Cast your Rift to create an Arc Soul that fires at targets in front of you. Allies can pass through your Rift to get an Arc Soul. Your Rift charges faster when allies are near. While amplified, your Arc Souls are supercharged and gain increased fire rate.
An improvised electro-magnet, coils crudely wound. Displace and electrify, forces beckon from within you.
    • Lightning Surge: While sliding, activate your charged melee ability to blink forward, calling down lightning strikes that jolt targets as you rematerialize.
A long-forgotten experiment that draws strange adherents. Bring to mind the products of its charge.
    • Electrostatic Mind: Defeating targets with Arc abilities or defeating jolted or blinded targets creates an Ionic Trace. Collecting an Ionic Trace makes you amplified.

All Destiny 2 Arc 3.0 Fragments

There are 14 Arc 3.0 fragments that players can equip; 4 of these fragments were locked until the Kings Fall raid was completed, namely: Ions, Amplitude, Feedback, and Brilliance.

The fragments can be bought from Ikora Rey over at the Tower’s Courtyard and each of them costs 25,000 Glimmer.

    Spark of Beacons
    • Spark of Beacons: While you are amplified, your Arc Special weapon final blows create a blinding explosion. [1 Energy]

    • Spark of Resistance: +10 Strength. While surrounded by combatants, you are more resistant to incoming damage. [1 Energy]
    Spark of Momentum
    • Spark of Momentum: Sliding over ammo bricks reloads your equipped weapon and grants a small amount of melee energy. [1 Energy]
    Spark of Shock

    Spark of Focus
    • Spark of Focus: -10 Recovery, -10 Mobility, -10 Resilience. After sprinting for a short time, your class ability regeneration is increased. [1 Energy]
    Spark of Recharge
    • Spark of Recharge: While critically wounded, your melee and grenade energy regenerates more quickly. [1 Energy]
    Spark of Magnitude
    • Spark of Magnitude: Your lingering Arc grenades (Lightning Grenade, Pulse Grenade, and Storm Grenade) have extended duration. [1 Energy]
    Spark of Amplitude

    Spark of Volts
    • Spark of Volts: +10 Recovery. Finishers make you amplified. [1 Energy]
