Dreamveil Overlook is where the present and upcoming DLCs will be taking place, and more importantly, this is where Vesper dwells. To battle Chums, the brand-new boss from Coiled Captors, you’ll need to get to this place as quickly as you can. As long as you’ve completed the game’s tutorial, you’ll be able to visit this area right away.

How to Access Dreamveil Overlook in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
To access Dreamveil Overlook in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, continue your journey by going to the Overworld and then return to the location where you first started your adventure. In the Overworld, this is the grassy area with the orange soda river.
Dreamveil Overlook location in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is right next to the shimmering shrine of Mool Ah, and its entrance is labeled “Dreamveil Overlook”.
It’s easy to fast travel into the Overworld by heading to the map screen’s fast travel menu or by travelling to any area’s exit. When you initially arrive, the Dreamveil Overlook will not be marked on your map, so navigate to the location indicated on the map below to get to the exact Dreamveil Overlook location in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
How to Start the Coiled Captors DLC in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
As soon as you have fast traveled to the Overworld, return to the Snoring Valley and make your way up to the shrine of Mool Ah. Interact with the entrance to Dreamveil Overlook to start the Coiled Captors DLC in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
Once you enter Dreamveil Overlook, proceed to the town below, where you will encounter ghosts that are prowling the streets. Proceed up the tiny hill to the horned woman (this is Vesper) at the eerie prize wheel and speak with her.
Your Coiled Captors questline for the Mirrors of Mystery will begin with Vesper, who will introduce you to her friends. Some of the highlights in the Coiled Captors DLC in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is raising the level of the Chaos Tiers, and introducing a new activity known as the Mirrors of Mystery.
There are a lot of new features in Dreamveil Overlook, aside from he Coiled Captors DLC, you will also be able to spin the Wheel of Fate. Speaking with Vesper will provide you with an introduction to the Wheel of Fate and the new currency called Lost Souls, that you will be using to power it. Test your luck by spinning the wheel to see if you may gain yourself some new legendary gear, such as weapons, armor, and other items.
Over time, more will be added to Dreamveil Overlook, but for the time being, it is relatively limited. Keep in mind that the Coiled Captors DLC is only recommended for players who have reached at least level 13. For those who are below this level, you may want to farm a few bosses or finish a few quests before moving on to the new location.
Level up as much as you can because the Coiled Captors DLC in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is mostly focused on the endgame and expanding the number of ways to farm loot and experience points.
