The Solstice of Heroes 2022 features A Glowing Solstice in Destiny 2 as the fourth quest to complete for the event. You’ll be receiving this quest from Eva after you’ve completed three other quests before it. This guide will teach you how to complete the A Glowing Solstice in Destiny 2 quest.
You have to first complete the previous three quest before Eva gives you the A Glowing Solstice quest in Destiny 2. This is a fairly simple quest which revolves around twinkling with your armor by earning Kindling.

After completing these quest, speak to Eva in the Tower’s Courtyard. She will give you the details on what you need to do to complete A Glowing Solstice. It really mostly involves fiddling with Kindling on armor so it isn’t too hard.
Here are the steps to complete A Glowing Solstice:
- Put Small Kindling On Candescent Armor
- Put Large Kindling On The Same Candescent Armor
A Glowing Solstice Step 1: Put Small Kindling On Candescent Armor
The first step to completing A Glowing Solstice is to give any piece of Candescent Armor a small Kindling. It needs to be the first time you apply small Kindling to the armor otherwise it won’t count. You can receive small Kindling by completing Challenges in Event Card.
You can find these Challenges on the Event Card under the Quests tab. Just look under the Director. Once you have a small Kindling, go to your inventory and select any piece of Candescent armor you have and apply the upgrade. You can see this on the far right side of the menu.
A Glowing Solstice Step 2: Put Large Kindling On The Same Candescent Armor
After completing the first step, you need to gather more Kindling by completing Challenges. You will need two pieces of Kindling to combine them into large. You will also need the same Candescent armor you placed the small Kindling on to put the large Kindling on it.
