Genshin Impact The Final Chapter is the third quest of the Agnihotra Sutra chain in Sumeru for Genshin Impact. This quest can be unlocked after completing the Risen Moon Chapter in the game and players will expect this quest to be challenging and tedious to do. Luckily, this guide will give players a chance to get to know more about it and what rewards await them.
Genshin Impact The Final Chapter Walkthrough
To start this quest, players will need to head down northeast of Sumeru to the lush Mawtiyima Forest in Lokapala Jungle and talk to the Aranara. After talking to Aranara, accompany her to look for the Yajna Grass.
To look for the Yajna Grass, players must use the Four-Leaf Sigils to get to the top of the big mushroom in the middle of Mawtiyima Forest and approach the Yajna grass. Afterward, your Kusava will begin to change and you will use it to break the seal on the Yajna Grass.
When breaking the seal, players will need to find seals located above the mushrooms in three different locations. The 1st seal is found on the top of the big mushroom within the designated area.
Use the Kusava to make the mushroom grow big and climb on it to get the 1st seal. The 2nd seal is found nearby as it is located on the middle platform. Head to it and use the Kusava and rider on the Four-Leaf Sigils to reach the 2nd seal.
The last seal is simple to find as it’s nearby again the middle platform and when the mushroom rises, climb on top of it and you not only get the seal but also get a Dendroculus.
Return to the middle area where the Yajna Grass was and head back to Aranara. Open your menu and instantly change the current settings of the game to 23:00 – 01:00 so you can witness the ritual.
After watching the ritual, go to Jamikayomars and offer the elixir. A cutscene will soon begin and a new pathway to the hidden area of Mawtiyima in the northwest will be open. To get through the entrance, players must climb up the branches and roots of the trees in order to reach them.
Upon entering the hidden area, you will find the area polluted by the Withering Zone and must clean up the area. To clean them, players must the following steps in order to complete the objective:
- Follow the greenish-yellow Seelie to the polluted areas in the northeast, northwest, and then south of the area.
- In each polluted area, players must activate two seals to restore the Dendrogranum.
- Use Kusava to destroy the plant-eroded stones, repair the seals, and raise the platforms depending on which color they are.
- Upon restoring the Dendrogranum, use it and make a charged attack on the polluted flower.
After completing all the necessary tasks, clear the Withering Zone and defeat the mutated Fungi enemies. Once it is completed, go back to Aranara and the quest will be completed.
