After cooking the dish for the first time, you can make it quickly by going to the Recipes menu in a cooking station, under the Entrée category.

Kappa Maki can be sold for 335 coins or it can be consumed to regain 462 energy.

How to get Seaweed

To get seaweed, you need to cast your fishing line on any part of the water except for the ripples. The chances of getting seaweed is much higher in still water than in ripples where there more higher-tiered fishes can be found.
