To fix Survivor Sense not working in Dying Light 2 you should quit the game and reload your save. Ensure you’ve saved your progress properly first. This isn’t a guarantee to fix your issue but it is a possible solution.
You should take note that on consoles, you have to press and hold R3 to use Survivor Sense. Simply pressing the R3 on your PS4 or PS5 won’t work. Double check your settings to see if the button mapping hasn’t been reworked by accident.
