How to Unlock Woody in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Woody is one of the well-known character in the Toy Story franchise. Like a real sheriff in the Wild West, he kept things in order back in Andy’s room and even now in Bonnie’s room.

In this guide, we will be going through the steps on how to unlock Woody in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to unlock Woody in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

To unlock Woody, you first have to complete the A Secret Mission in Uncharted Space quest with Buzz Lightyear. Afterwards, you can go back to the Toy Story Realm and talk to Woody to start the You’re My Favorite Deputy quest.

Follow these steps in order to complete the quest:

  1. Gather the farm materials in the Toy Story Realm and bring them to Woody
  2. Gather the rest of the farm materials in Dreamlight Valley and bring them to Woody
  3. Go meet Woody at Bonnie’s farm beside the bed and talk to Woody
  4. Search the room for the Origami Animals and bring them to Woody
  5. Place Woody’s Carousel in Dreamlight Valley

Step 1: Gather the farm materials in the Toy Story Realm and bring them to Woody

For your first task, you need to gather these materials for Bonnie’s farm:

  • x8 Ice Pop Stick
  • x5 Pipe Cleaner

For the sticks, you need to look for the crumpled papers and use your shovel to dig them out. For the pipe cleaners, look for the lollipops and use your pickaxe to break them. Once you’ve gathered all of them, head back to Woody for the next task.

Step 2: Gather the rest of the farm materials in Dreamlight Valley and bring them to Woody

Next, you need to travel back to the Valley and gather 2 Yellow Daisies. You also have to go talk to Buzz to get the super glue to hold everything together for the farm.

Step 3: Go meet Woody at Bonnie’s farm beside the bed and talk to Woody

Go back to Woody once you have the materials in order for him to complete the farm.

Step 4: Search the room for the Origami Animals and bring them to Woody

Next, you’ll have to round up the origami animals in the room and put them into the farm. There are 5 animals to look for: the butterfly is near the farm, the penguin is behind the stacks of books, the elephant is in the middle of the room, the other elephant is near the door, and the turtle is inside the closet. After finding all of them, go back to Woody to complete the task.

Step 5: Place Woody’s Carousel in Dreamlight Valley

In order to invite Woody back into the Valley, you need to help him get a home. Head back to the Valley and open the Furniture menu, then go to Woody’s special category to find the carousel. Then, find a wide open area to put the carousel on. Interact with the Scrooge sign and spend 10,000 Dreamlight in order to get the carousel constructed.

After the Carousel is complete, you can then talk to Woody to finish the quest. Afterwards, you can start raising his friendship level and assign him a role for the Valley.
