The Conspicuous Book is a key item found in the secret room inside the castle in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Its main purpose is to unlock another secret room within the castle that hides more treasures within.
Where to find the Conspicuous Book
The Conspicuous Book can be found inside the secret room of the castle, near the far left corner of the room.
How to use the Conspicuous Book
In the middle of the room at the back wall is a Conspicuous Bookshelf where you can slot the book in. Doing so will make the bookshelf swing open, revealing another secret room.
There are three more chests in this room which contain gems and other valuable items available for your to take.
How to unlock the secret room
To unlock the secret room, you must reach friendship level 10 with Mickey and go through his The Secret Door quest. In this quest, you’ll need to obtain four different gems which will serve as the keys to the door, which are:
- Aquamarine – from Dazzle Beach and Forest of Valor
- Garnet – from Peaceful Meadow and Plaza
- Citrine – from Sunlit Plateau and Glade of Trust
- Tourmaline – from Frosted Heights and Sunlit Plateau
After slotting in the gems, you can then get access to the secret room.
