Trek to Yomi health upgrade locations are scattered throughout the seven chapters of the game. Some of them can be easy to spot and others are hidden quite well. Getting all the health upgrades in Trek to Yomi is a requirement for the Determined Collector trophy.

Chapter 1 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #1
This health upgrade can be found after leaving the village center in the middle of the chapter. You’ll know you’re in the health upgrade location because of a crying woman in front of the shrine next to the river. Go down the stairs, the health upgrade is just right there.
Chapter 2 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #2
This health upgrade can be found on the dock late into the chapter. You’ll know you’ve reached the health upgrade location once you’re seeing a wooden bridge with three enemies across it. Go left instead of crossing the bridge and keep following the path until you reach the dock. The health upgrade is just sitting there.
Health Upgrade Location #3
This health upgrade is inside a secret crevice you can enter near the end of the chapter. After crossing a wooden bridge through a river, you’ll eventually go north to move up some stone stairs. Keep an eye out as soon as you reach the top as the crevice is right there. This health upgrade location can be easy to miss.
Chapter 3 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #4
This health upgrade can be found inside a room on the second floor of the burning building fairly early into the chapter. You’ll know you’re in the health upgrade location once you’ve taken the dove collectible from the hallways in the shrine. Proceed to the left and walk past the burning floor.
Once you’ve entered the room at the end, climb up the stairs and go right. You’ll be back in the same hallway but this time you’re on the upper floor. Enter the room at the end and the health upgrade is there.
Health Upgrade Location #5
This health upgrade can be found in a street with two injured men lying against the wall down the stairs. You’ll know you’re at the health upgrade location when you also pick up the Quicker Capacity upgrade.
Chapter 4 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #6
This health upgrade can be found on top of some boxes in front of the fire they’re using to burn bodies. Once you enter the area where villages are burning bodies in the center head right to a second fire and you’ll find the health upgrade location.
Health Upgrade Location #7
This health upgrade is below the ravine near a giant bug creature midway into the game. You can enter this ravine by going into a small house. Head below the ladder and go to the end of the docks and you’ll be at the health upgrade location. The Nuppeppo collectible is right next to the health upgrade.
Chapter 5 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #8
This health upgrade is sitting on a stone slab late into the level. Once you’ve reached the crossroads with a shrine, head north and you’ll be at the health upgrade location.
Health Upgrade Location #9
This health upgrade is in a secret area next to a shrine in-between some stairs. It’s easy to miss the health upgrade location so keep an eye out. You can find this room shortly after going through the health upgrade location #8 above.
Chapter 6 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #10
This health upgrade is in-between two bridges in front of this large architecture somewhat late into the chapter. It’s easy to find this health upgrade location as you’ll run along it during your main path. You’ll know you’re at the health upgrade location when the wisp talks about how blind duty makes one a slave.
Chapter 7 Health Upgrade Locations
Health Upgrade Location #11
This last health upgrade can be found underneath in the room where servants are trapped in in the middle of the chapter. You’ll know you’re at the health upgrade location when the floor crashes down beneath you making you fall into the basement. Instead of climbing back up, go to the room on the right and push the obstacle freeing the servants. The health upgrade is where they were sitting at.
