Defeat Crocodile is the first objective of Chapter 2: Memories of the Desert Kingdom, Alabasta in One Piece Odyssey. After discovering Memoria, the Straw Hat Crew has been transported back to Alabasta that has been recreated from their memories of their adventures in the island. They are now tasked to find their old opponent, Crocodile, as part of their quest to regain their powers back.

Harbor Market
First objective in Alabasta is to gather information about the events in the kingdom. Talk to the Merchant in the Harbor first to find out that there hasn’t been any ship docking in Nanohana.
Go deeper into the city and talk to the Inn Proprietress and she’ll recommend to check with the person reading the animal encyclopedia by the harbor.
Go back to the harbor and look for the man near the camel and he’ll reveal that he saw a strange animal with a barrel under its neck. This supports Robin’s suspicions that Crocodile is back and that Princess Vivi is also involved. You’ll need to head to Rain Dinners in Rainbase and look for Crocodile.
Take the time to explore Nanohana for now as there are lots of loot to pick up, including Yaya Cubes and Desert Nuts. There are nests up the walls of the houses which can be shot down by Usopp’s slingshot which will be useful in a later quest, so it’s best to start shooting these nests as early as now.
