To start this quest, players must head to Baldaar Citialdel after freeing it from the Imperials. Look for a soldier guarding the western gate and he will ask Ray and his crew to deliver a letter from Corporal Sartus. Accept the request and the side quest will begin.

The first thing to do is to fast-travel back to Larcette Village and speak to the woman farming in the fields behind the inn. Talk to her and give her the letter. Afterwards, return to the client and the quest will be completed.
