    How to get the Season of the Haunted Seasonal Artifact in Destiny 2

    Destiny 2 Season of the Haunted’s Seasonal Artifact is known as the Nightmare Harvester. This artifact is given to Guardians by Eris Morn as a way to contain defeated NIghtmares back into the Crown of Sorrow with the intent of stopping Calus from taking over the Lunar Pyramid.

    To get the Destiny 2 Seasonal Artifact for Season 17, the Nightmare Harvester, you will just have to complete the initial mission called Operation Midas, after which you will end up in H.E.L.M. From there, head to the west wing where you will find the Crown of Sorrow. Interact with it and you will have a dialogue with Eris Morn where she will give you the Nightmare Harvester.

    How to Level Up the Nightmare Harvester Seasonal Artifact

    The Nightmare Harvester levels up as your character gains XP throughout the season. This progression is shared through all the characters in the same account. To level up the artifact to its next tiers, certain amount of mods should be purchased for it first:

    • Tier 2: 2 mod bought
    • Tier 3: 5 mods bought
    • Tier 4: 9 mods bought
    • Tier 5: 14 mods bought
    How to Level Up the Nightmare Harvester Fast

    Here are some tips on how to level up your Nightmare Harvester quickly:

    • Take Bounties and Challenges as they can provide a lot of XP every time you turn them in, especially the weekly Seasonal Challenges.
    • Equip XP mods on your ghost to get an additional boost to your XP gain.
    • Make sure to take advantage of the Well-Rested buff that you get each week.
    Nightmare Harvester Seasonal Artifact Mods

    The Nightmare Harvester has 25 mods in total, as listed here:

    • Nightmare Harvester Tier 1
      • Piercing Sidearms: Sidearms gain shield-piercing rounds, which bypass combatant defenses. Strong against Barrier Champions. (1 Energy cost)
      • Overload Rounds: Uninterrupted fire from your equipped Auto Rifles and Submachine Guns grants bullets that stun combatants, delaying ability energy regeneration and lowering combatant damage output. Strong against Overload Champions. (1 Energy cost)
      • Unstoppable Scout Rifle: Aiming down sights for a short time causes Scout Rifles you wield to fire a powerful explosive payload that stuns unshielded combatants. Strong against Unstoppable Champions. (1 Energy cost)
      • Unstoppable Glaive: Glaives you wield fire a powerful explosive payload that stuns unshielded combatants. Strong against Unstoppable Champions. (3 Energy cost)
      • Anti-Barrier Pulse Rifle: Pulse Rifles you are wielding fire shield-piercing rounds and stun Barrier Champions. Pulse Rifles deal bonus damage against Barrier Champions. (1 Energy cost)
    • Nightmare Harvester Tier 2
      • Shotgun Holster: Gradually reloads your slowed Shotguns over time. Multiple copies of this perk stack to reduce the time taken to fully reload. (1 Energy cost)
      • Trace Rifle Ammo Finder: Increases your chance of finding Special ammo while you have a Trace Rifle equipped. (1 Energy cost)
      • Nightmarish Opulence: Increases the duration of the Psychohack Origin Trait and the effect of the Extrovert Origin Trait. (1 Energy cost)
      • Pulse Rifle Targeting: Improved target acquisition, accuracy, and aim-down-sights speed for Pulse Rifles. (1 Energy cost)
      • Sidearm Holster: Gradually reloads your stowed Sidearms over time. Multiple copies of this perk stack to reduce the time taken to fully reload. (1 Energy cost)
    • Nightmare Harvester Tier 3
      • Shotgun Dexterity: Faster ready and stow speed for Shotguns. (1 Energy cost)
      • Trace Rifle Reserves: Increases the amount of Trace Rifle ammo you can carry. (1 Energy cost)
      • Unquenchable Thirst: Increases the buff effect of the To Excess Origin Trait and the healing effect of the Souldrinker Origin Trait. (1 Energy cost)
      • Armor of the Dying Star: Reduces incoming Solar and Void damage from combatants. (2 Energy cost)
      • Sidearm Dexterity: Faster ready and stow speed for Sidearms. (1 Energy cost)
    • Nightmare Harvester Tier 4
      • Overload Trace Rifles: Uninterrupted fire from your equipped Trace Rifles causes the beam to stun combatants, delaying ability energy regeneration and lowering combatant damage output. (3 Energy cost)
      • Revitalizing Blast: Stunning a Champion causes it to ignite and clears your shield stun. (4 Energy cost)
      • Withering Heat: Causing damage with a Solar ability weakens Champions for a short duration. (6 Energy cost)
      • Molten Overload: Solar grenades cause disruption, delaying ability regeneration and lowering combatant damage output. Strong against Overload Champions. (2 Energy cost)
      • Glaive of Dreams: While you have a Glaive equipped, the Unstable Essence buff gained by picking up objects dropped by Nightmares has double its normal duration. (2 Energy cost)
    • Nightmare Harvester Tier 5
      • Classy Restoration: Activating your Solar class abilities grants you restoration. (6 Energy cost)
      • Radiant Orbs: Picking up an Orb of Power makes you radiant. (5 Energy cost)
      • Rays of Precision: While radiant, Solar precision final blows cause combatants to ignite. (6 Energy cost)
      • Flame Harvesting: Solar Exotic final blows create Solar elemental wells. (5 Energy cost)
      • Solar Fulmination: Your ignitions do increased damage in an increased radius. (3 Energy cost)
