    In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, players can get the shell bell in multiple ways. The first method is by purchasing one from the Delibird Presents Store in Levincia. Unlike the other items like Razor Claw used for evolving Sneasel into Weavile, the Shell Bell is available at the start of the game for sale and doesn’t require any prerequisites such as Gym Challenges or Titan Hunts.

Players must find and defeat 6 Trainers in the region of the map, they will receive the Shell Bell as a reward at the local Pokécenter. In between the western entrance of Area Three (South Province) and the settlement of Artazon, there are a total of 16 Trainers found and can be found mostly on the main road.
