Marvel’s Spider Man 2 has 31 main story missions, which are as follows:
The Flame are 4 side missions specific for Peter. None of them are missable but you have to progress certain story missions before you can unlock the next one. Completing The Flame side story unlocks the Saving Lives Suit for Peter, and it also unlocks the Crimson Hour trophy.
FNSM App Requests are Small side-quests where you have to complete requests for the citizens of New York. Unlocks the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (FNSM) trophy.
Monster in Queens
Short side missions specific for Miles. None of them are missable and can be found after beating the game. Unlocks the My Community trophy.
These are Self-contained side missions with their own story that isn’t part of the main plot of the game.

The expansive open world of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 features a number of side activities that become accessible upon progressing through a specific part of the main story. Once you’ve completed some opening missions for certain activities, they will automatically appear on the map as you explore the corresponding area.
These missions should constitute your total playtime of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Not all missions are necessary to beat the game, only the main story missions are needed to progress.
You can check your mission progress by opening up the menu by pressing the touchpad on your DualSense controller and switching over to the MISSIONS tab with the L1 and R1 buttons. You’ll see which missions you’ve completed which are also tied to earning all the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 trophies.
