The Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Supple Piel is just one of the numerous new master-rank resources that have been included to the game. It is an essential piece of many of the early-game armor sets, although acquiring it can be surprisingly tough at times, regardless of where you are in the campaign.
Of course, you’ll want to collect as much Supple Piel as you want to. Fortunately, this material can be obtained from three relatively manageable monsters, which will be discussed further below. As such, here’s how you can get Supple Piel along with some few pointers on farming it.
How to Get Supple Piel in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak
You can acquire Supple Piels during Master Rank Quests, and it can only be obtained through farming small monsters called Ludroth, Uroktor and Zamite.
All that’s required is to start a Master Rank expedition in Sunbreak and go after these monsters. This item does show up as a green carve icon like other common carve items, however it is not a guaranteed drop from Ludroth, Zamite, or Uroktor, but d ue to their frequent respawns, farming them shouldn’t take too much time.
Keep in mind that these encounters must be on a Master Rank/MR quest, as anything less prevents them from dropping the material. Regardless of whether you kill them on a Lower or Higher Rank, they will never drop the Supple Piel.
Best Supple Piel Farming Locations
If you check the map shown above, the best place to find Zamites will be in Frost Islands, specifically in zones 4, 7, 8, 10 and 11. It is a Zamite when you spot pointy-headed monsters lurking in the water; they appear fierce, but they are actually quite feeble.
As for the Ludroth, you can find them in the Flooded Forest in zones 6, 7, and 14, as well as in the watery areas of Lava Caverns in zones 3, 6, and 9. These yellow lizards usually stick close to a Royal Ludroth.
Lastly, Uroktors can be found in the Lava Caverns in the east, around areas 13 and 14. When searching for them, keep in mind that they prefer to stay close to the lava itself. For Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the greatest spot to farm Supple Piel is the Lava Caverns.
