The quest can be found in Eda Village. Head inside one of the houses found within and look for the Aspiring Writer. He will give players a manuscript that needs to be delivered to his master at the Royal City. Accept the request and the quest will begin.

Upon accepting the quest, head to the Royal City and look for the Gazebo area. The master of the author can be found here. Deliver the manuscript to him and return back to the client and the quest will be completed.
