Weapons and artifacts play a significant role in Genshin Impact. Most of these items help improve the strengths and defenses and give characters various buffs and effects depending on their specialization. This guide will cover all the new weapons and artifacts present in Genshin Impact 3.3
All New Weapons and Artifacts in Genshin Impact 3.3
Since the release of 3.3 for Genshin Impact, there are two new weapons players can use for characters who specialize in magic and sword skills. Below is a list of the new weapons, what they can do, which character is best suited to using this, and what items are required to improve their efficiency.
Tulaytullah’s Remembrance
This weapon can increase the speed of a normal attack by 10% and normal attack damage by 4.8% for 14s when its wielder unleashes an Elemental skill. This weapon is best suited to Catalyst users, especially to the likes of Wanderer and Heizou. For both characters’ cases, it will increase their Normal attack damage as they will become more reliant on doing normal attack combos.

Toukabou Shigure
This new weapon may look like a Japanese umbrella but it is in fact a sword. When its attack hits an opponent, it will inflict an instance of Cursed Parasol upon one of them for 10 seconds. Also, characters using this weapon will deal 16% more damage to the opponent affected by Cursed Parasol. It is highly recommended to equip this weapon to Kazauha, Jean, and Shinobu for they will receive a huge boost in their elemental mastery by 165 points when their stats reach level 90.

Desert Pavilion Chronicle Artifact Set
This artifact set is comprised of 4 pieces for Anemo element-based characters like Wanderer, Xiao, and Heizou. It is a good artifact that can deal DMG mostly through their Normal Attack damage and is comprised of the following parts:
- Legacy of the Desert High Born
- Defender of the Enchanting Dream
- Timepiece of the Lost Path
- End of the Golden Realm
- The First Days of the City of Kings
These artifacts can be found easily in the City of Gold Artifact Domain nearby the Temple of Khaj-Nisut in the Sumeru Desert. This area can be accessed by first completing the Archon Quest Prologue: Act III Song of the Dragon and Freedom and reaching Adventure Rank 22.
Flower of Paradise Lost Artifact Set
This set of artifacts is comprised of 4 pieces for Dendroelement-based characters like Shinobu, Raiden, ae Miko, Nahida, and Thoma and is comprised of the following artifacts that players can search around in the game:
- Ay-Khanoum’s Myriad
- Wiliting Feast
- A Moment Congealed
- Secret Keeper’s Magic Bottle
- Amethyst Crown
When a player equips 2 out of the 4 pieces of this artifact, they will earn 80 more points in their Elemental Mastery. But when equipping it to a complete set, players will receive a huge boost of damage stats by 40%.
