The Slums Luglox Chests are scattered around the lower district of Blim City in High On Life. Opening these will give you some Pesos which is the main currency of the game that you can use to purchase upgrades that make you a better bounty hunter or other cool collectibles that you can use. This guide will show you all the Luglox Chests in the Slums area.
Finding all of the Luglox Chests in the game will give you the Luglox Genocide achievement.
There are a total of 26 Luglox Chests which you can find in The Slums. Here’s where each one is located:
Slums Luglox Chest #1
You can immediately find the first of the Slums Luglox Chest by immediately jumping right as you enter the place. There is a place by the pier over at the toxic waste that you can launch a zip line. You’ll need Knifey to zip you across and then use the Goop Shot to get you where the chest is.
Slums Luglox Chest #2
Once you enter Shanty Town, there is one behind the fence. You can access it by going behind the pier that you use on your way to 9-Torg.
Slums Luglox Chest #3
On the upper level of Shanty Town, go behind from where you meet the two ant aliens guarding the entrance. You’ll find a giant blue alien statue with a missing eye. Use Knifey to get behind and access the Luglox Chest.

Below the pier docks from where you found the #3 Luglox Chest, you’ll find a Luglox Chest just lying around.

Behind Applebee’s, you’ll find a Luglox Chest next to the garbage bins.

A Luglox Chest can be found above Applebee’s in their balcony.
Slums Luglox Chest #7
A Luglox Chest is hidden behind the billboard above Applebee’s. This one contains a mod for Gus.

A Luglox Chest can be found in a balcony across Applebee’s.
Slums Luglox Chest #9
Just beyond Applebee’s is a small area with a lot of umbrellas. Underneath the dock you can find a Luglox Chest.
Slums Luglox Chest #10
In the area where you find ninth Luglox Chest, you can find one in the rooftop nearby. It’s the blue building with a blue statue of an alien eating some kind of goo. You’ll get the Beyond The Stars #6 Trading Card from this Luglox Chest.

Across the port from where you find the ninth Luglox Chest, there is a walkway at the top where you can find a Luglox Chest next to a garbage dump and some alien sitting depressingly.

Just above the ninth Luglox Chest, there is a Luglox Chest on the blue roof of a building.
Slums Luglox Chest #13
In front of Applebee’s there is a Luglox Chest on a small beach connecting the stone floor and wooden planks.

In front of Applebee’s in the terrace of a building that looks like a hotel, there is a Luglox Chest on one of the tables.

In front of Applebee’s there is a sewage hole opening that you can go inside which leads to a Luglox Chest.

You can find a Luglox Chest in the area where you fight 9-Torg just by the elevated platform before you leave.

After crossing the bridge where Kenny teaches you to use the Goop Shot, look at the roof on the first building to the right. A Luglox Chest can be found on the metal container.

In the area just before you get Knifey, there is a Luglox Chest beside the laundry machine.
Slums Luglox Chest #19
In the area where you find Knifey, there is an area at the bottom you can reach by getting out from above and using the pipes to get to where you can find a Luglox Chest.
Slums Luglox Chest #20
In the same area as the seventeenth Luglox Chest where Kenny teaches you the Goop Shot, there is a Luglox Chest high above where you’ll need a jetpack to get to. The moment cross the bridge up on the way to the laundry, look up and you’ll see containers sticking out of the wall.

In the area where Kenny directs you to use the Goop Shot against enemies, go behind the building to find a Luglox Chest.
Slums Luglox Chest #22
Across the laundromat, there is a building with a blue and green rooftop. On the other side right on the balcony, there is a green alien who will scream for you to get the Luglox Chest that he is standing next to.

To the left side of the Slums teleported near Shanty Town, you’ll find a Luglox Chest underneath a pipe.
Slums Luglox Chest #24
In Torg Territory just before you fight 9-Torg in her arena, go right inside of heading up the ramp. There is a Luglox Box waiting at the end of the building you can tether to.

In Torg Territory before you head up the ramp to get to the boss area, there is a Luglox Chest behind some containers.

Outside of the Bubble Buds building next to the building with the blue and green roof, it’s next to where you can find the twenty second Luglox Chest from this list.
