The Artillerist Build in Lost Ark is usually comprised of high-powered skills to blast away the enemies. A good number of the skills are instant ranged attacks, while the big punishers are the ones that have a delay on them.
While there are so many skills to choose from, you will have to consider the nature of Artillerists being the slow yet tank players in the party. But the amount of firepower that their heavy guns pack pretty much makes up for that, which is why this class still gets some love from a lot of players.
In this guide, we’ll look into the possible Artillerist builds that you can try depending on your type of gameplay. We will mainly focus on the skills build with max level 60 and assuming all quests that provide extra skill points are completed (380-414 skill points). With the latest updates and the raised level caps, certain skills can be leveled up to 11 and 12, but we will look into those on a separate guide.
PvE Artillerist Build – Lost Ark
The Lost Ark PvE Artillerist Build is for dishing out massive damage to as many mobs as your firearm can hit. You’ll be sending out explosions after explosions to make sure that everyone in the area will be wiped out.

Tips for Artillerist PvE:
- Open up your attacks with a Gravity Explosion, followed up with a Howitzer for that defense debuff. You can also set up your turrets and try to lure the mobs towards their line of fire.
- Anticipate your enemies’ movement and place a Homing Barrage in their path. Getting the timing can get tricky, but there’s nothing that practice can’t improve.
- The Flamethrower will be one of your bread and butter skills while you build up your awakening skill’s gauge.
PvP Artillerist Build – Lost Ark
The Lost Ark PvP Artillerist Build offers a bit more skills to aid in mobility and in keeping a safe range against your enemy, so that you can have some prep time to deal your heavy hitters.

Tips for PvP Artillerist:
- Keep your shields up as often as you can with the Energy Field. You can also do a Flamethrower to get some shields. It can be tricky to pull, but your awakening skill also provides some shielding.
- Try to do a Multiple Rocket Launcher first before throwing out a Homing Barrage to enhance your chances of landing a hit on your enemy.
- The Enhanced Shell can also be a great attack opener for that defense debuff.
Mixed PvEvP Artillerist Build – Lost Ark
The Lost Ark Mixed PvEvP Artillerist Build is modified from the PvP build with Gravity Explosion to round up mobs, as well as the Howitzer to replace Enhanced Shell and Jump Barrage.
