Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes for All Chapters

This guide will help you get past all those pesky locked doors and safes

Stray has a handful of safes and doors locked behind digicodes. Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes are usually not too far away, usually etched on the walls or written on a piece of paper to decipher.

This guide will lay out all the codes you’ll need in the game. This is useful for players who are in a rush or genuinely need help. Here are all the Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes per chapter:

  • Chapter 3 – The Flat Digicode: 3748
  • Chapter 4 – Safe Code Digicode: 1283
  • Chapter 6 – The Slums Part 2 Digicode: 2511
  • Chapter 10 – Midtown Digicode: 8542
Chapter 3 - The Flat Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes

Chapter 3 – The Flat

Digicode: 3748

The door leading out of the flat is locked behind a keypad lock. The usual approach to solving the puzzle involves the player turning on B-12’s flashlight to illuminate the storage room and finding the code written on a portrait frame.

Chapter 4 - Safe Code Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes

Chapter 4 – Safe Code

Digicode: 1283

Part of the side quest to get 8 pieces of sheet music for the struggling musician, Morusque, this safe code requires the player to find the digicode to open a safe that has the 8th sheet music.

The usual method involves picking up the mysterious note and traveling to Elliot Programming and having Elliot point you towards DUFER BAR. And then dislodging the picture to reveal the code. You don’t actually need to Elliot, you just need to move the picture and there’s the code.

Chapter 6 - The Slums Part 2 Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes

Chapter 6 – The Slums Part 2

Digicode: 2511

The door to Doc’s secret is locked behind a keypad lock. Normally, the player will need to knock over pictures until one of them reveals a clue. The clue points towards the clocks above the couch. Looking at the clocks, the players can deduce the digicode.

Chapter 10 - Midtown Stray Safe Codes and Door Digicodes

Chapter 10 – Midtown

Digicode: 8542

Located at the back of a store along Midtown’s main road. This safe hold the fancy, animated Cat Badge. To get to it normally, the player will have to decipher the code that’s written on a poster opposite the safe.
