The Nine Realms in Bloom in God of War Ragnarok is a side quest that sees Kratos and company collecting flowers from all the realms in memory of his deceased wife.
In this guide, we’ll tell where you can find all the flowers. You can find 3-4 of them while going through the main story line. The others can only be acquired in the epilogue.
Where to Find All Nine Realms in Bloom Flowers
As part of the Favor, you need to gather nine flowers from different locations in Svartalfheim, Midgard, Muspelheim, Vanaheim, Alfheim, Niflheim, Helheim and Jotunheim. As such, below are the complete details on where and how to get each flower, so read on.
Sparkthorn
Technically the first flower you can collect for the Favor, the Sparkthorn can be found in the yard of a Nidavellir house opposite to the tunnel Kratos and Atreus exited as they were looking for the tavern. You will need the Draupnir Spear to create a path.
Dawnbloom
The Dawnbloom can be found in the Forbidden Sands region of Alfheim. You can get it at any time after you free the Hafgufa.
The flower is located directly West of where the Hafgufa was imprisoned. Look for the crude wooden barricade and opposite the climbable wall. If you climb over the wall, then you’ve already missed it. Look around the shadowy area until you see the objective marker light up.
Ashpetal
The Ashpetal can be found in the Crucible of Muspelheim. This is one of easiest flowers to find after getting its world seed. Specifically, you can find it right next to the dwarves’ workshop before entering the arena.
Soulblossom
Found after transferring Fenrir’s soul into Garm in Helheim. To get to it, you’ll need the Draupnir Spear to create a path to a section of a wall. The flower itself is found next to a traveler’s corpse. If you are go beyond the exit gate, then you’ve missed it.
Just look for the chasm away from where Fenrir was found. It is possible to miss it if you’re not actively looking for the weak point where the spear goes.
Starblush
The Starblush is not a tough flower to find. It just takes some time to gain access to its location. You’ll first need to open the Crater region of Vanaheim via the Scent of Survival Favor. Next, you’ll need to release the river in the Return of the River Favor. Once the waters are flowing again in the valley, you’ll need to make your way to the Sinkholes and take a boat deeper past the gate. Dock the boat near the Celestial Altar and keep walking in the direction of where you first came in via boat.
You should see the flower at the very end of the path right next to the gate.
The next set of flowers is acquirable in the game’s epilogue after Ragnarok and the end of the story. Meet with Ratatoskr and he will give you a pouch of Yggdrasil seeds. This is what you’ll need to get the rest of the flowers.
Dreamshade
This well-taken care of flower can be found in the second lowest level of the Asgardian Prison that fell in Niflheim. To get to the Dreamshade, you’ll need to fight the wardens and escaped prisoners until you find a peculiar cell that once held a supposed gardener. The man’s identity will never be known but he did take care of the plant well enough that it thrived in such a place.
Mirkweed
You can find Mirkweed by opening the door to Sanctuary Grove of Midgard. After visiting Chaurli again for what seemed like forever, try looking in the yard next to Chaurli’s right front foot and you should be able to see it.
Frostfinger
The Frostfinger flower is located a few feet past the Mystic Gateway in the Mist Fields of Niflheim. It is very hard to miss.
Ironbell
The Ironbell flower is found just outside of Angrboda’s Treehouse in Jotunheim. After you exit the Mystic Gateway, take a sharp left and keep following the path until reach the place where the wolves hang out. The flower should be right next to the fallen tree trunk.
On a final note, finding all the flowers will unlock The Florist bronze trophy.
